HP Deskjet 812C self test page

You can print a self-test page from the Deskjet 812C (and many other Deskjet models) that will show the printers serial number, firmware version, and page count.  To print the self-test page, hold down the Power button and press the Resume button (the one with the arrow on it) four times, then release the Power button.
