- Press the System Menu/Counter button.
- "Report" will be the highlighted option on the screen; press OK to select it.
- "Report Print" will be the highlighted option; press OK.
- Scroll down once so that "Status Page" is the highlighted option.

Kyocera Driver

The easiest way to install kyocera printer drivers is by using Product Library CD. Kyocera sends it with new printers. Auto run this CD/DVD and follow the instruction on the screen. For local printer installation select "Install Software". kyocera drivers and other necessary/optional files will be installed automatically.

A network printer can be easily discovered and installed by using Product Library CD. Just go to "Advanced Tools" from the autorun menu, select Quick Network Setup, a dialogue box will display a list of all the machines connected to the network. Select your desired machine/printer and follow next easy steps to finish the installation.

Kyocera provides driver uninstaller utility in the Product Library CD to completely remove any kyocera driver. Remember that deleting a printer from Windows Printers and Faxes folder just only removes the printer and not the drivers. So whenever a kyocera driver update or reinstallation is needed, this utility will be helpful.

Kyocera drivers can also be downloaded from kyocera Downloaded Center (what they call Service Wold).

Error 1102 on Kyocera Copystar

Kyocera/Copystar manual describes that error 1102 means that “The login user name is incorrect or the domain name has not been entered. Enter login user name, domain and password correctly. But world is not so simple. Windows Vista/Windows 7 users who are on a domain must enter there complete user name in this format: (domainnameusername). Make sure that the user has write access to the folder being shared (See How to setup SMB).

If everything is fine, check if the firewall is blocking communication between the machine and PC by temporarily turning off the firewall.
